We’ve put some information together to append to your planning documentation, or you can copy it in - and there is some advice.
Planning Aids
- Group Leader Planning Essentials (includes Risk Assessment information, site plan, location of local medical services etc.)
- Disabled Access Statement (in standard format)
- Insurance Certificate (name of insurer and policy reference)
- Terms and Conditions of Use
- RoSPA safety advice for school trips
- Supervisors may be allowed. Terms apply: See our Booking Form for the specific Group Activity.
- Overlarge groups are not admitted for safety - so we recommend a split into sub-groups for concurrent Group Activities.
- Undersize groups will find a Group Activity impractical - so we recommend simple admission for such groups.
Children under recommended age
Very young children may find a Group Activity arduous or impractical - so we recommend simple admission for such groups.
DAY-TICKETS
- If your party is not suited to a Group Activity you can buy our ordinary admission tickets online in advance to reserve places
